After 25 years of dedication, vision, and heart, John Hunt is taking his final bow from
the Cultural Center he helped bring to life. From opening the doors to filling the stage
with world-class artists, he’s built a legacy that will echo for generations.
Famous for inventing the crowd-favorite “one-clap,” John made every show
unforgettable. Now, he’s stepping out of the spotlight to enjoy well-deserved time
with his wife, family, and beloved grandson—while cheering on his Miami Dolphins
and soaking in the music he loves. Whether it’s Styx, Foreigner, Paul Anka, Little River
Band, Chicago, Jackson Browne, CCR, Daryl Hall, Simon & Garfunkel, Three Dog
Night, Diana Ross, or whoever else happens to be playing—honestly, the list could go
on and on—he’ll have the perfect soundtrack for this next chapter.
Through every note, every cheer, and every moment of life, John reminds us: “the
